Thomas Arnott, 68, formerly of Crandon, Laona and Antigo passed away on December 16 near Mobile AL. Tom was struck by a vehicle while working as a Land Surveyor on US 98 near Elberta AL. Tom was a father, and Grandfather a friend to many and my dad. He was an area resident for almost 40 years, the area Land Surveyor and avid canoeist.
